Peggy Barnard
Peggy qualified as an employment lawyer in 2012. After training and qualifying as a solicitor at a large regional firm, Peggy quickly progressed to head the Employment Law & Dispute Resolution Team and is experienced in all aspects of employment law. In 2016 she launched her own boutique employment law firm which grew steadily year on year until 2019, when she joined forces with Jackie to form Barnard & Webb Solicitors.
Contrary to the stereotypical qualities often associated with lawyers, Peggy is down to earth, approachable and driven by achieving results for her clients.

Jacqueline Webb
Jackie qualified as an employment lawyer in July 2000 and has been a Partner and a Consultant in large regional practices. Jackie took the decision to join Peggy to form Barnard & Webb Solicitors in order that they may be the masters of their own destinies. Jackie’s extensive knowledge of employment law combined with her personable approach means that she has a reputation as a very knowledgeable and results orientated employment lawyer. Jackie has a very loyal client following and strong network of referrers. Jackie knows what it means to be a business owner so whether advising employers or employees she is in a strong position to provide commercially sound and strategic employment law advice.
