Job Description:

As a Paralegal Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the field of employment law. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and supporting our two partners in their representation of clients and general day-to-day running of the firm. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research on various employment law issues
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings
  • Attending and taking notes in client meetings and court proceedings
  • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties as needed
  • Keeping accurate and organised records of all case files
  • Supporting our two partners in all aspects of their work and management of the firm
  • General administrative duties
  • Marketing (including social media, blogs and newsletters)

 

Requirements:-

  • A minimum of three A-Levels (96 UCAS points) and five GSCEs at grade C (or 4) or above, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Passion for employment law
