Job Title: Employment Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE or FILEX)

📍 Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (Hybrid working arrangement possible)
💰 Salary: £42,500 - £62,500  FTE (dependent on experience)
⏳ Hours: Full-time or part-time considered

The Role

We are seeking a talented Employment Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE or FILEX) to join our small friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work flexibly while contributing to a highly regarded specialist firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of employment law matters, including:

✔ Advising a diverse range of employer clients on HR and employment law issues;

✔ Advising employees on Settlement Agreements;

✔ Advising employees on a wide range of employment law matters;
✔ Drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
✔ Representing clients in Employment Tribunal claims
✔ Delivering excellent client service with a commercial and practical approach
